Our slab collection consists of very dense limestones and marbles with low porosity. The technical properties of these materials make them well suited for kitchen applications. In addition all of our slabs come pre-sealed to further protect them from staining and etching.

DeZahra carries two lines of slabs - both can be provided with integrated stone sinks:
1 Hydro-oil Treated and Undulated
This line comes with a baked in sealant and undulated finish, making it more forgiving if any acid stain does occur, essentially camouflaging it. The sealant is a resistant, reliable and long-lasting surface treatment (not available for sale or through other producers), leaving the external appearance of the marble unaltered through time. Waxing, filling and, most of all, a custom hot hydro-oil repellent treatment preserves the superb beauty of the surface for decades to come.
2 Flame sealed
This line is sealed using an old Roman method flamed into the surface, virtually making it resistant to oil and acid staining. This unique, proprietary process has been used for thousands of years in Italy and around the Mediterranean, protecting the material from the wear and tear of cooking and use.
